You would contract the PLEX not to a GM but to the character named CCP PLEX For GOOD. Ensure this character is in C C P Corporation. You could also send spare ISK to Chribba or others offering the service to convert the ISK into donation PLEX. The best thing to do is check the dev blog article. It is linked in my sig.
